Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard on a new group project that takes things to the next level- the second floor! By now you’ve hopefully gotten a chance to visit our tenants on the ground floor of the main school building, and now there’s even more to enjoy upstairs.

The Biology Lab is a 2,157 square foot room on the south side of the Stone Center’s second floor that can host 143 in a banquet seating and up to 400 in a standing reception setting. Two large widows face out toward Governor’s Drive, providing lots of natural light and a view of Straight to Ale and the Art Deco entrance to the Stone Center. This would be the perfect space for a training session, presentation, or small banquet.

The second floor has 12,000 square feet of space, only 4,865 of which is still available to lease! With a common area for tenant use, three stairwell entrances and an elevator for easy access, the second floor of the Stone Center holds a home to a variety of tenants that will complement and enhance the Campus development.  Strong Body Studio is a fitness studio run by Mary Grace Huber. She offers one-on-one personal training, group classes like interval strength training, body weight training, cardio interval, and a yoga class taught by Katie Burrus.

The next tenant to open is Leah Farrow’s Arcadia Tattoo Studio. Leah will offer appointment-only, custom-drawn body art. She has been tattooing for nine years and specializes in custom illustrated tattoos.
