Campus No. 805 is hosting a festive holiday party to kick off the season in style. Chef Ray Miranda is preparing a six-course menu (below) to pair with the best craft beers produced on our campus at Straight to Ale Brewing and Yellowhammer Brewing.
Guests are invited to wear their ugliest holiday sweater and take a chance to win some awesome prizes. The legendary Microwave Dave will provide plenty of festive music and entertainment.
The Ale & Food pairing dinner will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Stone Event Center. Cost is $50 per person.
