Inside the restaurant

From the guitar-shaped bar, to the rock artist-named rolls, to the menus served in record album covers, there’s no denying this spot’s love for rock ‘n’ roll. Even the menu items are named after famous bands and musicians!

We asked owner Ryan Hallmark why he chose Campus No. 805 for his location, and he responded, “Campus No. 805 is a great fit because our restaurant is at the tip of the iceberg on the trendy new sushi concepts, and Campus No. 805 is for sure one of the hottest, trendiest places in Huntsville.”

Whether you’re a sushi connoisseur who loves fresh nigiri or a sushi skeptic who loves fried shrimp, Rock ‘n’ Roll Sushi has something on the menu for you. Ryan says, “Rock ‘n’ Roll Sushi is appealing to so many people because we have such a wide range of menu items, from 100% all-cooked rolls to the very traditional raw rolls!”

When asked what is favorite menu item was, Ryan responded, “Everything!  I have honestly never had a roll I wasn’t 100% satisfied with. If I have to choose one, I’d have to say the Tommy Lee. It’s such a unique combination with the Filet Mignon as as topping, but in the roll it is the best of both worlds, offering a small amount of spicy tuna mix in the center.” Sounds delicious!

Stop by the newest addition to Campus No. 805 to try the Tommy Lee and more! Hours are Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
